The Challenge
Beverly was launching The Author’s Way™, a leadership-driven course for advocates and professionals ready to write books that build their influence. She needed a full enrollment system that could carry students from interest to onboarding without her having to manage each step manually.
She needed a clean, professional sales page that could communicate the value of the program, a smooth checkout experience, a confirmation page that set the right tone after purchase, and a welcome sequence that delivered next steps automatically.
The goal was a complete end-to-end system, from the first click on the sales page to the welcome email, all running inside GoHighLevel without any manual follow-up.

How the System Works
- Visitor lands on the sales page from social media, an email, or a direct link.
- They read about the 8-week cohort, the modules, and the investment, then click Start My Enrollment.
- They're taken to the GHL checkout page to complete their $495 payment.
- On payment, GHL fires the automation. The contact is tagged as an enrolled student, added to the Enrolled pipeline stage, and redirected to the confirmation page.
- The welcome email goes out automatically with what to expect next, how to access the materials, and details about the live sessions.
